Ringwood Creek Bellingen

Ringwood Creek is in North Bellingen and is in an area where several new houses have been built since we started working there in 2004.

BULC has received funding from the Australian Government’s Caring for our Country program for planting, weed control, maintenance and community education work on this site.

Ringwood Creek still requires frequent maintenance to maintain plantings and keep weeds like Privet, Tradescantia, Lantana, Blackberry and Salvinia at bay. Like many of our sites flooding over recent years has presented extra challenges but the site has been transformed since we started work.
